When it comes to understanding this world, and our place in it, there’s nothing like a little outside perspective.
Which is where having a young, bright-eyed foreign visitor staying in your house for four weeks comes in kinda handy.
Those lovely people at SEK – Ireland’s private, bilingual schools – are putting the call out to families in Greystones and the surrounding towns who would be interested in hosting a Spanish student for one month. And earn a whopping great €800 in the process.
Here’s de spiel…
If you live in the Greystones, Delgany, Kilcoole or Bray (South) area, you might be interested in hosting a Spanish Student from June 27th to July 25th (28 nights).
Visiting students have a good level of English, they attend school 6 days per week, lunch is provided in school and all of their transport needs are catered for. Students range in age from 11 to 16.
If you have a child or children at home, and can offer a comfortable bedroom (for single occupancy), why not take the opportunity to broaden your family’s cultural horizons? You could forge a lasting friendship and earn €800 tax free.
Naturally, it helps if your family are pretty good at English.
