aybe it’s got something to do with the fact that Leo Ireton grew up loving movies, but his little old shop on Killincarrig Road is becoming a veritable mini-studio.

With a series of TV commercials already having been shot at the 100-year-old Greystones shop, now it’s the turn of Glenisk yoghurt to put Ireton’s on de telly again.

Released just this week, the commercial in question has former Ireland rugby international Shane Horgan – brother to the rather fine and funny Sharon Horgan (she of Catastrophe and Pulling fame) – impressing an oblivious girlfriend on the wonders of Glenisk whilst her boyfriend is suddenly buried on a rugby scrum outside Ireton’s.

Which, you know, makes perfect sense.
