What gets me the most is seeing Sinn Fein councillor Nicola Lawless, Social Democrat councillor Jennifer Whitmore , and the editor of the Greystones Guide all tugging their forelocks and going ‘oh, thank you, sor, to be sure, sor’ to Bridgedale/TIO/Oaktree…
What next? The Freedom of Greystones for them?
Oh, just great. Now we are tugging our forelocks to thank vulture funds for financing our Xmas lights.
Don’t you know who’s behind this dreadful ‘Marina Village’, Paul? The money behind Bridgedale comes from Oaktree Capital, one of the biggest vulture funds on the planet, a specialist in snapping up indebted entities, asset-stripping, mass firings, and beggaring local populations.
Shame on you for praising these people without doing a little research. That’s called falling for the spin…
