With everyone firmly snuggled up in their caves, this might just be the perfect time to get around to a little new year exercise.
So, hey, we’re all buffed and beach ready for The Most Incredible Greystones Summer Of All Time.
Man, it’s going to be so, so good just to hang out on the South Beach all day once again. And slap people across the back of the head without having to use a six-foot stick.
Over at Anne Sexton Pilates, they’ve got a series of classes running throughout the week on Zoom, the online conference calls app currently sweeping the globe, and these classes will not only make you look damn good, but you’re going to feel pretty great afterwards too.

Heal Your Gut & Revitalise Your Health
What does this entail?
Stress, excessive alcohol, and processed foods have a negative impact on our health and 2020 certainly challenged us on all fronts. Going into 2021 in the darkness of January could set us off to more of the same unless we make a conscious decision to take back our health and hit the ground running. Boosting our immune system as we heal our gut helping to fight viruses and bacteria, certainly very welcome at present.
Every new year we start off with the 4 in 1 programme with those taking part reporting amazing results. This year we need it more than ever.
We have in our bellies 4,000 square foot of surface area. This forms a tight barrier and controls what gets absorbed into the bloodstream. When not working properly it can have cracks or holes, which allows partially digested food, toxins and bugs to penetrate the tissues beneath it. This can trigger inflammation and changes in the gut flora and this can lead to problems in the digestive tract and beyond. There is a large body of research linking this “leaky gut” to the development of several common chronic diseases.

Private Facebook group offering support and a place to share stories, progress, questions and get ongoing encouragement and support.
The cost of the plan for the 4 consecutive weeks all-inclusive is €150.
While the plan is to promote health eating habits and promote good health all changes to your diet should be checked out with your health care professional.
Our Zoom Classes
With our studio closed to comply with the latest Government guidelines until at least January 31st we are again extending our Zoom offering. We will continue to add classes as demand requires.
