Following Papaver’s 27 houses updated last month and March’s application for 61 houses on Season Park Road, plus Knockree’s 58 houses last July (on land neighbouring The Druid’s Well at the bottom of the town) and Dwyer Nolan Developments’ 220 residential units SHD application, which this year became 179 at the back of Season Park (SHD case number 313208), conditional approval has just been given to Rockfield New Homes Springmount Ltd.

Who are happy to settle for just 57 new residential units. And now, 26 conditions from Wicklow Planning.
