irmly back in the room at Greystones Lawn Tennis Club, the Boogie Bounce gang are still celebrating their year of being back with a boing! by creating a brand new special.

Which should make getting up off that couch for the first time in two years that little bit more enticing.

Right now, you can grab yourself five classes for just €50, which should put the spring in your leap. There’s also the option of pay-as-you-go classes for €12. More info here.

As always, there are new classes too, including the recent addition Box & Bounce, which increases the impact with a punchy new programme inspired by the likes of local heroes Kaci and Tadhg. This full-body workout – with adjustable wrist weights – will help tone your arms, boost your glutes and burn calories. All in one hour! Or your wobble back.

Classes take place every Monday and Thursday at Greystones Lawn Tennis Club at 6.30pm.
