And that means not only a new wave of cookery classes but also one dashing new website with plenty of groovy bells and wolf whistles.

Including a whole new online store, where you can pick up the finest tools of the cooking trade. And local delivery is free, baby!

Which is handy, given that Ciara’s Kitchen always has something tasty on the boil, and you should always be armed and ready.

As summer kicks in, there’s also the welcome return to in-person classes, including Ciara’s Favourites 4 on Friday, April 22nd from 7.30pm to 10pm, Ciara’s Favourites 5 on Tuesday, May 3rd from 7.30pm to 10pm, Italian on Thursday, May 12th from 7.30pm to 10pm, Vegetarian on Monday, May 16th from 7.30pm to 10pm, Summer Eating on Sunday, May 29th from 2pm to 4.30pm, Summer Eating 2 on Thursday, June 2nd from 7.30pm to 10pm, Summer Eating 3 on Wednesday, June 8th from 7.30pm to 10pm, BBQ & Salads 1 on Friday, June 10th from 7.30pm to 10pm, BBQ & Salads 2 on Tuesday, June 14th from 7.30pm to 10pm and BBQ & Salads 3 on Thursday, June 16th from, yep, 7.30pm to 10pm.

For those who like cooking from the comfort of their own kitchens, online there’s Spring Entertaining on Saturday, April 30th from 5pm to 6pm, Summertime on Saturday, May 14th from 5pm to 6pm and BBQ & Salads on Saturday, June 11th, again from 5pm to 6pm.
