Finally, Greystones Gets Its Own Website

Greystones having its own dedicated website is, of course, something that has been long, long overdue.

A site where the average Greystonian can find out who, what, where, when and why as they go about their daily lives in pretty much the grooviest town in the world.

So, we were, eh, excited and delighted here at GG HQ to discover that one such site, greystones.ie, is about to be launched later this month.

About. Frickin’. Time.

A collaboration between Greystones Municipal District Council and Greystones 2020, it’ll be good, of course, for GG to have a sober sister site taking care of the business and investment side of Greystones, as we continue to chart its people, its history and its daily devilment. And, whereas GG has the unfortunate habit of offending idiots, greystones.ie will be free from any such local shenanigans. 

Especially given that, as with bray.ie, it won’t know any of the locals, being also run by a company based in Limerick.

Seriously though, the more people aiding and abetting – and promoting – our beautiful town, the better.

Ba-da-BOOM!

With good people such as Grainne McLoughlin, Danica Murphy, Dermot Dwyer and the rest of the Greystones 2020 gang behind this, there’s little doubt that this new venture will be a successful one.
