ith the whole world pretty much available to you online, learning how to get to this magical place is a smart move.
Which is why the Bray Area Partnership gang have lined up a free digital skills course that gives you all the basics over six weeks.
Here’s the lowdown…
With so much happening online in these times, it can be easy to feel left behind if you don’t have the necessary digital skills or confidence to get online. It can be daunting to know where to start. However, with the right guidance it could be easier than you think to learn these skills and go for it.
Bray Area Partnership’s ASPIRE Social Prescribing team is offering a free 6-week Gentle Intro to Digital Skills course for absolute beginners. Over six weeks you will learn at your own pace how to search the internet, make video calls, email, and even use Zoom. If you don’t have your own digital device they may even be able to lend you one.
The course is open to anybody living in the Bray or Greystones areas – including Enniskerry, Delgany, Kilcoole, Newtownmountkennedy and Newcastle Lower.
Starting June 17th, you can find out more about the course right here, or call 0833958340 to book.
This training is funded by the Community Mental Health Fund, supported by the Department of Health.
