e swung down to The Belvedere Clinic this morning to catch up with physical therapist James Heron and to find out about his Charlesland HQ.

With a Bachelor in Science degree from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Sciences, we reckon James might know what he’s doing.

Which may explain why he has worked in the recovery department for Leinster Rugby, treating not only the first team but also Irish international players and members of the British and Irish Lions.

The Belvedere Clinic is a Coru-registered physical therapy practice located in the popular Go Gym in Charlesland.
