Ah, there’s nothing quite as sweet as a seafront stroll around this top-of-the-range, Grade A, oven-ready little town of ours.
And you can now take one of those life-enhancing walks whilst also doing some good, my friend.
Those crazy feckers at Greystones Cancer Support have organised a fundraising walk around de town and beyond for the May Bank Holiday Sunday – or May 5th, if you’re in a hurry – and, naturally, you’re all invited.
The walk starts at La Touche Road car park – the one behind the train station – at noon, and after that, we’re guessing it’s wherever Kathleen Kelleher has business in the town that day.
So, expect a few pub stops and Paddy Power along the way.
It’s €10 for individuals, or €20 for families. The latter does not include uncles, cousins and in-laws.
