Christina Clarkin hands on her chain to Joanne Costello
atest press release from Network Ireland Wicklow, issued on Monday, January 23rd 2023…
Network Ireland Wicklow are thrilled to announce that Joanne Costello of XMedia has been appointed the branch President for the coming year.
Commenting on her appointment, Joanne said; “I am honoured and excited to become the 2023 Wicklow branch president. The past few years have been challenging for all of us and we have missed the in person connection with each other so the theme I’ve chosen for 2023 will be #reconnect.
As a network it is so important that we meet in person as often as we can in order to build both personal and business relationships and to offer and receive support from each other. We already have organised two excellent speakers for the January and February events which promise to be both beneficial to your business and an enjoyable experience. I am very much looking forward to the year ahead and to build on the great work of the previous presidents.”
Network Ireland Wicklow has also announced an exciting partnership with the LEO Wicklow from January 2023 to enhance the opportunity for female entrepreneurs to network in Wicklow. Speaking about the collaboration, Joanne continued; “This collaboration makes so much sense as it brings two female networking groups together as one to enable diverse connections and offer more to all our members through mentorship programmes, annual awards and events.”
Speaking about the new collaboration, Vibeke Delahunt, Head of Enterprise at LEO Wicklow said “We are delighted to be beginning a new chapter for women in business networking in Co. Wicklow. Network Ireland offers a much enhanced programme of events for our female entrepreneurs, and a chance to mix and do business with a more diverse group of all type and size of business in Co. Wicklow and beyond. Through our investment in this partnership the Wicklow Branch of Network Ireland itself will be facilitated to grow and offer even more to its members. The LEO team are looking forward to meeting many new female entrepreneurs at the upcoming events. I would like to wish Joanne Costello well on her appointment as President and a very success year ahead.”
