Join me Wednesday nights from 8.15pm-9.15pm for a Slow Flow Yoga class in Greystones Tennis Club.
This class is a mix of slow fluid movements and some longer held poses, with a sprinkle of challenge throughout! We will explore these longer held poses and experience how deep we can go when we learn to connect with our breaths and relax our nervous system.
This class is suitable for beginners and for the more seasoned yogi. A nice opportunity to slow everything down but still find challenge.
We’ll end each class with a guided meditation, so you’ll be all set to hit the hay!
