Going under the energetic title of GOAT – short for The Greatest Of All Time – these July camps offer a wide range of fun and fitness games that are sure to have your kid happy and healthy.
And most likely inspired as well as a little tired.
Running from July 4th to 8th and from the 18th to the 22nd, here’s the lowdown…

Kids will learn sports skills, develop team work and play games in activities such as football, tag rugby, GAA, basketball, unihockey, badminton, table tennis, short tennis, orienteering, team building and many more. There will be weekly awards and prizes for outstanding, effort, progress and achievement.
GOAT Camp Yoga takes a light hearted, fun approach to mindfulness. GOAT Camp Yoga encourages self-belief and self-awareness by building strong, supple bodies and positive mindsets.
Fun activities involving functional animal movements such as bear crawls, crab walks and GOAT jumps are all part of GOAT Camp Animal Flow Fitness. These bodyweight movements will be integrated into warm-ups and games, and provide an excellent foundation for building strength, balance and flexibility all while having fun!
