It’s an American institution, born out of rounders on this side of the water, and Greystones Mariners Baseball Club are bringing the sport home.
With this year’s season running through April, May, June & September – when the sun will be splitting the sky, by the way – no prior experience or equipment is needed. Just enthusiasm. And an ability to outsmart a ball.

Greystones Mariners Baseball Club is a community-based baseball programme serving youth aged 5 to 17 as well as amateur adult players. At the end of 2009 we had about 100 members. Affiliated with Baseball Ireland, the National Governing Body for baseball, Greystones Mariners Baseball Club is a voluntary organisation and a recognised tax-exempt sports club in the Republic of Ireland.
