
Given just how rapidly the harbour is changing right now, with buildings popping up weekly and that
first square just about complete, now is as good a time as any to see just what the future has in store for Greystonians keen to reclaim its frontier.
The ballads for the old Victorian harbour are still being sung every day, of course, but that difficult period of messy, noisy transition might just be coming to an end…
Clubhouses are allocated, spaces are opening up, and – gulp! – there may even be some greenery about to be planted. In the hope of toning down that concrete jungle look.
