aving proven such a hit last year, music teacher Tim George has just announced plans to run his 5-day string-driven workshop again this summer.

Covering guitar, bass and ukulele, these intensive 5-day workshops will give you the chance to learn first-hand the licks of the trade.

And the beauty of it is, the workshop is one-on-one, and in the comfort of your own home.

“We’re going to run these workshops through July and August once again,” says Tim, one of Greystones’ most popular music teachers, “and the times are very flexible. So, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, you can grab five 30-minute classes or five 45-minute classes, depending on your needs.”

Suitable for all ages, and from total beginners to advanced players, musical disciplines such as learning chords, rhythm, finger picking, plectrum techniques, mastering different genres and the importance of the riff will be addressed, along with getting to the heart of your favourite songs.

“All you have to do is let me know whether your instrument is guitar, bass or ukulele,” says Tim, “and I’ll do the rest…”
