What’s Another Beer…?January 2, 2020
When we got an email from FITTstones telling us all about their new fitness classes up in Temple Carrig School, we really, really hoped the guy’s first name was Fred.
Turns out it’s Mark. As in Mark Crean, the physical education guru who has taken the school’s rugby team all the way to the Godfrey Cup Final on their first competitive outing. Yabba-dabba-boo.
So, clearly, this man knows what he’s doing when it comes to physical fitness. And he’s got the certs to prove it – a diploma in Leisure And Exercise Management, a degree in Sport And Exercise Science, and a post grad in Physical Education. Throw in seventeen years experience working in the sport and exercise industry, and is it any wonder Mark is taking young teams all the way to the top?
And he can take you to the top too, with his newly-formed FITTstones classes, running every Monday and Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8pm up in Temple Carrig School’s sports hall.
These classes, states Mark, are guaranteed to challenge you, no matter what your current fitness level might be, the goal of FITTstones being to help you achieve your goals. And all ages are welcome – especially those who would normally be put off by gyms and just want a new challenge in a friendly, one-on-one environment.
Each individual session costs just €8, or you could be smart and book a block of 6 for just €30.
You can find out more about FITTstones on their Facebook page here, or just get in touch with Mark directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
