Dublin Bus have just announced a new route which has been warmly welcomed by the residents of Bray.
Linking the town with the Ballymum HQ of IKEA, via the city centre and Dun Laoghaire, the new 155 route should be up and running in February.
The fact that the bus is due to run every 20 minutes during the day means the 155 should alleviate pressure on many of Bray’s other bus routes to and from the city.
Commenting on the new route, local councillor Noeleen Reilly stated, “This is great news for the area as not only will it provide additional support for the number 4 and 13 routes but Bray is a very popular location, and to have a direct bus route there is very welcome.”
It will also give people more access to The Cliff Walk. And, of course, the Greatest Feckin’ Town In All Of Ireland.
