aeve Woods has been in touch about Greystones Bridge Centre’s groovy new classes, starting in September.

And being the kind-hearted card sharks that they are, the Bridge brigade have not one but two classes for absolute beginners and one for those taking the next step.

The first 10-week beginners course starts on Saturday, September 23rd, happening at 9.30am each week, whilst the second 10-week course starts on Monday 25th, at 10am each week. 

There’s also a 10-week continuation/year 2 course, starting on Thursday 21st, at 10am weekly.

After which, you’ll be able to beat Terrence Ignatius Marjorie Sweeney, without even breaking a sweat.

It’s €125 for the entire 10 weeks.

The town’s Bridge Club Centre is on Victoria Road, and there are games all year round every night, Monday to Friday, and on Wednesday mornings from September to May. 

The Greystones Bridge Centre is home to many clubs, so that there is wide variety of bridge available to suit all tastes and requirements.

There are open bridge games on Friday mornings. This particular club is not affiliated to the Contract Bridge Association of Ireland (aka CBAI), whereas all the evening and Wednesday clubs are.
