Located in the health-inspiring harbour heart of the village, Greystones Pilates Studio focuses on authentic and time-proven classical Pilates with a particular emphasis on individual attention and coaching for our clients. Aoife King, founder of GPS, has over 2000 hours of formal training, including sessions with a coach trained by Joseph Pilates himself. Aoife has taught Pilates internationally for over 15 years – in LA, Paris, London and now Greystones.
