oung Aoife King at Greystones Pilates Studio is stepping up both her online and offline classes for the coming months.

Sitting pretty down at the harbour, classes are running six days a week.

So, you know, no excuses.

For people who like to work out in person, there are two mats available in the studio during online classes. Just book your class and let Aoife know about booking your mat.

All the semi-private classes are currently fully booked but you can contact Aoife to join the waiting list for her studio-based equipment classes.
