aving already seduced Monkstown, superfood truckers Roots are launching their second outlet in sunny Greystones on Friday.

Run by the the bould and the beautiful Conor agus Dave, the guys have built up quite the following this year, thanks largely to their rather tasty and ridiculously healthy menu.

We’re talking superfood smoothie bowls, freshly-made juices and artisan teas. All free-range, of course. And gender fluid.

Which should sit rather nicely in The Boat Yard alongside the likes of The Burrito Box and the 84 Woodfire Pizza bus.

“We’re very excited to be in Greystones,” says Conor. “It’s a place that we’ve always been talking about, so to find such a beautiful spot right down at the harbour, well, how could we resist…?”
