Sharkey’s Back In The Water


Another week, another new kitchen for Greystones top wandering chef, Paul ‘Wherever I Lay My Chef’s Hat’ Sharkey.

Talk about a movable feast.

In recent years, the man has gone from Cafe 31 to Pluck’s to The Horse & Hound, and, most probably, quite a few restaurants in-between.

And now, it’s Buoys Kitchen, with Paul making the following declaration…

It is with the greatest of pleasure to announce that I will be taking up the position of head chef at Buoys Kitchen in Greystones.

I am really looking forward to working with Jackie He & Grace Lam, and bringing all my experience with me to create new and exciting dishes.

In the meantime, until we are allowed open back up, hopefully on 29th June, we will be launching a new takeaway menu, which will be posted this weekend…
