aving had quite the summer solstice down at The Cove, young Lynn Hodgins is now taking her Serenity Sound & Yoga indoors.
Given that, hey, Ireland’s weather is basically a faulty washing machine liable to change cycles at any second.
Taking place at the Greystones Community National School up in sunny Charlesland on Sunday, July 3rd, this two-hour yoga flow and restorative sound bath session should leave you pretty darn centred.
Here’s Lynn with the who, where, what, how and huh?
After last week’s very successful annual Summer Solstice Charity Sound Bath at The Cove – where we raised over €2,000 for Indreni Children’s Charity in Nepal – I’m delighted to announce our first indoor Yoga & Sound Bath.
Happening on Sunday 3rd July, 9am to 11am, in Greystones Community National School, this a yoga flow class, focusing on alignment, strength, balance & flexibility.
Suitable to all levels, it’s followed by a restorative Sound Bath, where you will be brought on an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes and restores the body, clears the subconscious mind and activates your body’s natural healing systems. The investment is €30.
The facilitator Lynn Hodgins has a wealth of experience after teaching for over 17 years. Moving her yoga studio from Louth to Greystones, Lynn is delighted to be setting up regular classes and events in the Greystones area. Her approach is personal and empowering.
