There was craic, sandwiches and scoops aplenty at the launch of the Greystones Rowing Club this afternoon.
Crazy to think that this 100-year-old club has never actually had a home to go to before, the small fisherman’s huts being the extent of it for many a year.
Given a space right beside those swanky swabbers of the Greystones Sailing Club, it’s going to make a huge difference to the lives of the GRC’s 150 members. And their partners. And their shipmates.
