There was craic, sandwiches and scoops aplenty at the launch of the Greystones Rowing Club this afternoon.
Crazy to think that this 100-year-old club has never actually had a home to go to before, the small fisherman’s huts 
being the extent of it for many a year.
Given a space right beside those swanky swabbers of the Greystones Sailing Club, it’s going to make a huge difference to the lives of the GRC’s 150 members. And their partners. And their shipmates.

Congratulations to Greystones Rowing Club for their new premises. Club is long established club in Greystones and gives good example to us all for community services. Wonderful hospitality and welcome Sunday afternoon at their new clubhouse opening. A big thank you to all involved, we follow in your footsteps.
