For years we have been misled by so many health and fitness industries as to how to lose weight and stay healthy. Diet culture is still prevalent but the reality is we simply need to move more and consume less.
There’s no magic pill, tonic or certain diet for your body type. So, I want to encourage people to move more and feel great after it!
With obesity drastically on the rise we need to do everything we can to look after our health and one of the best scientifically proven ways to do this is consistent strength training. It not only benefits your bones and muscle mass but it will have an incredible impact on your overall mental wellbeing too.

I started with Natasha in the Wicklow class 3 weeks ago. I was so nervous going to a class as I hadn’t been in years. From the get go Natasha made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the class, she’s a lovely girl and I look forward to going to her class every Tuesday xx
Natasha has great knowledge and experience in the area of health, fitness and training and her classes reflect this. They are interactive and encouraging and Natasha always makes sure you are reaching your full potential each week. Highly recommend her classes.
Natasha’s classes are great, very relaxed and fun while getting the work done. Natasha is great at putting you at ease while encouraging you to push your ability. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving the classes a go!
I personally couldn’t recommend Tash more – not only is she seriously knowledgeable and experienced in her training but she’s also got a wealth of knowledge on post partum bodies, female hormones etc she really knows her stuff and is so supportive and encouraging. Joining her class I was a total beginner and she made me feel so comfortable and confident in my own ability without taking things too seriously. Really fun class that feels so good in a sore way afterwards! Thanks Tash!
