Being alone – especially around Valentine’s – is never easy, but, hey, it sure can spark some writers to comic heights.
Which is what Sligo playwright Tommy Marren is hoping to achieve with Nobody’s Talking To Me, which the Delgany Golf Club Drama Group are taking on this February.
Running from Wednesday, February 13th to Saturday 16th, and from Wednesday 20th to Saturday 23rd, this Irish comedy is set in rural Ireland, 1968. A time when everyone living in rural Ireland was lonely. And unwittingly funny. Especially Mattie and Maggie, celebrating their 50th anniversary alongside 10 years of not talking to one another.
Tickets are €15, and you can grab yours by calling the appropriately-named Chris Ball on 0872520835, or you can email email@example.com.
