Kick Off The Jim-JamsOctober 12, 2017
Wicklow County Council have just issued a Code Level Yellow weather warning for Friday night into Saturday morning.
Effective from noon on Friday, the gale warnings means south or southeast winds, veering southwest will reach gale force 8 or possibly 9 today on all Irish coasts and on the Irish Sea.
So, if you don’t have to go out today, don’t.
Mainly because it’s Friday. And, sure, we all need a lazy, rainy day every now and then.
Further details on www.met.ie. Also, the harbour area and the Redford dip are flooded, and Junction 10 for Delgany off the N11 is best avoided too.
