What can we say, it’s been bedlam around here for the past week.

Huge thanks to everyone who came to the volunteer open night – we were blown away by how many turned up. An even bigger thanks and appreciation to all who have signed up and have begun the Garda vetting process. We will be organising a training evening for our new volunteers shortly. And that will mean more days for the café to open.

Alongside our usual movie and pizza nights, Friday 24th promised to be something special.

Gavin from the Rise at the Cove will be making homemade American style pancakes with a large selection of toppings and sauces for our young people to enjoy. All washed down with lovely hot chocolates.

The doors will be open, as usual, from 7pm to 9pm, with Wednesdays’ times being 3pm to 5pm. You can find out more here, or you can email youthcafe@tiglin.ie.
