The call on parents to get smarter about smartphones having reached all four corners of the globe, the It Takes A Village gang will be at The Archfield on Victoria Road this morning from 9.30am for the handing out of ITAV flags to the town's schools. There will be guest speakers aplenty, including Sophie Morris, The Happy Pear, Senator Aubrey McCarthy and Wicklow Rose Carolann McDonald, and young McGowan will be there too, capturing it all.
