It's all happening down at The Woodlands, as the annual Greystones United AFC Mini-League 2026 kicks off for the coming two weeks. Open to players born between 2013 and 2021, to members and non-members, and to all abilities, the Girls Only Mini-League will also be happening, each running from May 30th to June 13th. Details

The Hell & Back gang are kicking off the summer with a weekend of, well, going wild in the country. For Saturday, it's adults, families and teens, with a choice of 13km or 8km for the former, and for the latter two, the epic 8km route, weaving through rivers, forests, mountain trails and bogland. Starting at 11am and lasting approximately 2 hours, there are free Saturday morning guided tours of Wicklow Town's history through the summer. Running until the end of September, meeting point for this official Heritage Trail is Fitzwilliam Square. Details 
Running every Saturday through the summer, from April 25th to September 26th, the Wicklow Village Farmers Market up at Outdoor Living in Glen of The Downs brings together local crafters, foodies, food trucks and beyond for a smorgasbord of, well, yummy foods, plus live music, a weekly charity raffle and a great chance to make some contact with the living. Dorlindon Nature Reserve just up outside Kilmacanogue will have yoga and meditation on May 2nd, 16th, 30th and June 6th, with sessions at 11am, 2pm and 4pm each day. Designed by OSHO (a 1970s Japanese prog rock band, we think), each session will be an hour long, and you're advised to bring comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. You can find out more
