Okay, let’s get one thing straight, right from the very frickin’ start, people…
Sammy The Seal may be cute as a button, and seemingly made of mutton, but, he’s no match for Greystones very own Ron Seal.
Sure, Sammy goes to the same fishmongers down at Wicklow harbour three times a day, regular as clockwork, to be fed buckets of leftover fish, and sure, Ron Seal does feck all, all day, for no one and nothing, but, eh, he’s our seal.
And therefore, of course, smarter, cooler, hipper and more slippery than Wicklow’s lardass seal.
Having said that, grabbing a bite to eat and sitting on the dock of the feeding bay is a pretty darn wonderful way to spend an hour or two on a sunny Saturday afternoon…
You can check out the many non-adventures of Ron Seal – and his missus, Lu Seal – righthere.
