he aptly-named Shane Barriscale has been in touch about a special summer concert coming up at St Patrick’s Church.

Happening on Sunday, June 14th at 5pm, Animal Crackers is all about celebrating the musical nods to our furry friends over the decades and many musical genres.

Works will include William Byrd’s Agnus Dei, The Tokens’ 1939 pop classic The Lion Sleeps Tonight and, we’re hoping against hope, Meat Loaf’s Bat Out Of Hell.

Or Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Freebird.

If you are looking for a feelgood concert this summer then look no further. Let 4 In A Bar take you on a musical journey exploring the theme of animals through the ages: from William Byrd’s Agnus Dei to The Lion Sleeps Tonight, with plenty of laughs in between, all in the beautiful setting of St. Patrick’s Church, Greystones.

Joined once again by the fun-loving Get Singing Choir, you are sure to leave this concert with a smile on your face and a skip in your step.

The multi award-winning quartet 4 In A Bar is one of Ireland’s most loved vocal ensembles. Eoin, Tristan, Paul and Shane combine a passion for close harmony singing with their interest in ancient, classical, Irish traditional, barbershop and pop music.

In recent years, they have enjoyed international acclaim, performing much-loved shows across Europe.
