Wisely having spent the start of the year at an ashram for intensive case study work and hands-on train in yoga therapy.

And these are the lad’s cunning plans…

I am incredibly excited to have dived deeper into human anatomy, Ayurveda, and yoga science.

This transition will allow me to help our community even more effectively by identifying the root causes of physical and mental suffering and teaching students how to truly take care of themselves as a qualified Yoga Therapist.

New Class Schedule

⦿ New Early Morning Energy & Laughter classes 6.45am to 7.30am Monday-Friday at The Yoga Barre or Burnaby Park

⦿ Tuesday 7.15pm Hatha Yoga all levels & Therapeutic yoga class (5 week block).

⦿ Thursday 3.45pm Chair Yoga for the elderly.

⦿ Friday Book your 1-1 for Yoga Therapy Book your appointment.

⦿ Saturday & Sunday 9.30am Men Only Ashtanga Yoga high-energy class.

Yoga Therapy & 1-to-1 Sessions
I am also now opening slots for 1-to-1 Yoga Therapy. Yoga therapy is incredibly versatile and can support the management of nearly 250 conditions. I specialise in helping clients with most common and many more just a few of the list.
