Sólás Café: Dealing With Grief

There's a new twice-monthly grief café at the Nazarene Church on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. Running from 10.30am to 12pm, it's a free service open to adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The old harbour doesn't count, just in case you're tempted to get off Facebook for an hour. You can email [email protected] for further info about the Sólás Café.
