Taking place every Saturday at the rather groovy new farmers market beside the Glen Of The Downs garden centre, Angharad has gathered together a motley crew for wellness wallahs for Morning In The Valley. Angharad will be bringing Kula Yoga to the table whilst funk soul brother Raj will bring his breathwork and Nicola from Bré Reiki will deliver some forest bathing meditation, all under a specially-built canopy amongst the trees.
