Today, Lobstar is sitting pretty in sunny Monkstown, with the sort of accolades and awards Julian at The Hungry Monk would happily sell his son’s soul for. Very happily.
A man after our own punny heart, Zsolt also considered a soup restaurant called Souper before he and his wife followed through on their ambition to do seafood by opening Lobstar ten years ago.
