For over 20 years, Donnybrook Fair has been Dublin’s premier craft butcher, seafood and fresh fish market, serving up fish, meat and seafood delicacies along with expert advice. Their customers keep coming back for their local and exotic ranges of fruit and vegetables direct from local farms as well as the Rungis market in Paris.

Passionate about food especially wine and cheese, their staff are always on hand to give you advice when pairing your cut of meat, fish or cheeses. Sustainability is very important to Donnybrook Fair and they ensure their coffee cups and fruit and vegetable bags are compostable and that all of their bags are recyclable.

Our gourmet meals for which we are famous are all hand-prepared by our team of 70 chefs led by our Executive Head Chef John Dunne (Winner of 3 Gourmand Awards).

Innovation is key, and John and the team are constantly exploring new ways to bring you a culinary experience like no other. We believe that using only the freshest ingredients and preparing all of our food by hand enables us to deliver products of unmistakable flavour and quality.

We always use fresh herbs and spices to bring out the authentic flavours and we never use additives or preservatives in any of our food ranges.
