For the Kilmacanogue entrepreneur has just seen little company The Art Of Bubbles pick up the Drinks Catering Supplier Of The Year 2025 at last night’s Let’s Talk Weddings Awards.

Presented in the Westgrove Hotel in the wilds of Clane, Co Kildare, AJ is no stranger to awards, having picked up Mobile Bar Supplier Of The Year in 2024.

Due to ongoing demand, we are doing wedding and corporate drinks receptions in various locations around Wicklow and Dublin City Centre for venues that cannot accommodate our prosecco van.

For these drink receptions we have created a beautiful drinks service area with vintage oak barrels and glass stands while also serving the finest chilled drink. Let’s be honest, no one remembers the colour of the tablecloths on a trestle table or the half glass of so-so fizz, but when you choose a drinks reception that is done with a touch of elegance, they will remember that WOW presentation and prosecco cocktail they had at your event.

With each package offering we dress the service area with props and flowers. We provide fresh berries for every glass of prosecco-champagne poured and also a selection of juices and purees for prosecco cocktails. We also include a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, beer and Italian lemonades in all our packages to ensure non-alcohol drinking guests are catered for.

This service has been recognised not only by the Let’s Talk Weddings judges, but also all our wedding couples who provided feedback on our services with their amazing 5-star reviews.

This offering has become so popular we are now taking wedding bookings for 2028. Yes, 2028!
