We are here to allow you explore feelings or emotions which may be causing you difficulties in the present time.

We provide a safe and holding environment for you to look at issues both now and in the past.

This awareness allows you move to a stronger place within yourself, to better enable you in coping with the pressures of everyday life or whatever difficulties you may be experiencing at this time in your life.

The Practice is based on an Integrative Therapy Model and is Person Centred. I am a fully accredited member and clinical supervisor with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
