Charity Bake Sale For Gaza

Join us on Saturday, July 25th, for our local Burnaby Park Charity Bake Sale, hosted by Greystones for Palestine.

This event aims to continue raising funds for Gaza, bringing our community together to support this vital, humanitarian cause.

Event Details:
⦿ Date: Saturday, July 25th
⦿ Time: 9.30am to 11.30am
⦿ Location: Burnaby Park, Greystones

This get together will feature an array of baked goods, created with love and care by members of Greystones and Kilcoole. Participants are invited to join us in raising funds for Gaza Go Bragh and Uisce for Gaza, in our continued effort to help provide water, food, clothing and shelter to the Palestinians still suffering the violence of genocide.

Coordinator Fionna Saintraint said of the event: “We continue to demonstrate the power of ordinary people, banding together as a community in service of something greater than themselves. The extraordinary potential of neighbours turning up in solidarity with other humans, refusing to let the stripping away of their rights happen in silence. It seems so small, but if we all do something small, and we do it all together – that’s where real change comes from.”
