Brew With A View Refused Planning

t’s an Instagram wet dream, and as an extra-added bonus, they serve a mean coffee too.

Yep, the Brew With A View mobile coffee van perched up on Bray Head proved to be a hit from the moment its tyres touched that hallowed ground.

But now, its owners attempt to go legit have fallen on deaf ears.

Having had to close as they sort out a crazy little thing called planning, Chloe Fortune (part of the Brabazon clan of Killruddery, we think) and Renato Ciganovic filed their planning application with Wicklow County Council on August 18th.

And now case no.22899 has been refused, largely due to objections to commercial activity taking place on an area designated as a Special Area of Conservation and an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It might be time for Chloe and Renato to find a new al fresco espresso home…
