So, they’ve decided to do something about it.

Namely, get together every Tuesday and Friday at noon in Darcy’s Park (just beyond the marina), and just Tai Chi till they drop…

Into the nearest café afterwards, for a cuppa, cake and a chat.

It’s a free gathering – all you have to do is turn up. And turn on.

And then, if you can find a comfy bench or hedge, drop off.
