Grattan Park Traffic Lights To Become Less Shite…?

They are, quite possibly, the most annoying traffic lights on the planet.

Ever.

As anyone who has had to sit for 47 minutes to enter the main Kindlestown Lower road from Grattan Park will tell you.

Or just drive past Tesco.

Well, the good news is, Wicklow County Council have finally heard our sobs. Our car horns. Our pleas.

On Tuesday, April 3rd, those Programmed In Guantanamo traffic lights will be undergoing an upgrade.

Whether that means life in the no-go lane will be any faster remains to be seen.
