t can get pretty dang busy up at Outdoor Living in Glen Of The Downs, especially during the summer months.

Thanks to all that groovy garden goodies, food trucks (including the award-winning Big Boys) and some rockin’ sales.

And adding to all that sun-kissed buzz for 2026 is the newly-minted Wicklow Village Farmers Market, bringing together the finest of local food producers and crafters.

Launching on April 25th, here’s the official lowdown…

Wicklow Village Farmers Market will be running every Saturday throughout the summer season from 11am to 5pm and will feature a wide range of locally produced, sustainably sourced food and handmade crafts from small businesses across South Dublin and North Wicklow.

Including organic meat and milk from Fiorbhia Farm, fresh fruit and veg from Fortune Farm, wood turning from Declan McCraith, leather craft and sheepskins from Turas, face painting and kids entertainment from Happy Faces, jams and chutneys from The Birds & The Bees, Skin care with Earth Magic, Ogham signs and more with Celtic Faerie Crafts, rotisserie chicken wraps and hot sandwiches from the Country Grill, Spanish gourmet from Vera Foods, resin botanical jewellery with Bosca Bandia, prints and cards from Storehouse Arts, artisnal lamps with Shorelight, paper crafts with Spark Real Joy, fresh and dried flowers with Flowers On Four Acres, yoga and wellness with Kula Yoga, wood-fired pizzas from Kilcoole’s Bosca Capaill, coffee with Pink Pony Café, and the incredible Dargle Honey.

There will also be a charity raffle on the day for Spinal Injuries Ireland.

Designed as a welcoming community space, Wicklow Village Farmers Market is family-friendly and dog-friendly, with live buskers, a weekly charity raffle, and even free ice cream for visitors to enjoy on the launch date.

The market aims to offer more than just shopping, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere where people can connect with local producers and with each other.

We will be the first Farmers Market in Ireland to operate off 100% renewable mains electricity rather than diesel generators.

The market’s vision is to connect communities through thoughtful consumption, healthy living and a shared appreciation of nature, local walks, and amenities. Its mission is to support the local economy, encourage environmental sustainability, and provide direct access to unique small businesses in the region.

With a mix of artisan food vendors, craft stalls and hot food traders, Wicklow Village Farmers Market celebrates the quality, diversity and care that come from local craft and stewardship of the land.
