oung Lloyd has been on the blower about his new and improved pop-up pizzeria over in sunny Kilcoole.

Sitting pretty in a vintage horse box, the name above the serving hatch is Bosca Capaill.

Which means Scrumptious Pizza, we think.

Here’s Lloyd with the lowdown…

Since 2023, Bosca Capaill Pizzeria has served delicious thin crust, stone-baked Italian artisan pizza from one of our many vintage horseboxes across Leinster.

In April 2025, we opened our first fixed location Kilanerin, Wexford, and since it went down a treat, we decided to open In Kilcoole too.

We also have food trucks available for parties, festivals and corporate gigs, for those who like to think just outside the horse box.

We specialise in themed culinary experiences, and all our pizza menus are designed around the birthday person’s favourite hobby or company’s culture, logo and colour palette.

And after a short break for some rejigging and rejuvenation, we’re back with a bigger trailer and our own dedicated spot – and another trailer reveal by the end of March! Free dip and drink with any pizza ordered as Paddy’s Day approaches.
