here’s something about snow that makes you feel like 
a kid all over again…
A kid who’s about to get a day off school.
Maybe even two, if you’re lucky.
Over the years, Greystones and the surrounding area have had to endure only the very occasional serious bout of the white stuff, most 
memorably in 1982 – when pretty much everyone took the day off school – and, to lesser extents, again in 2010 and 2016.
After much chest-beating that saw the town’s shops stripped bear, the Beast From The East banged heads with Storm Emma, meaning Greystones woke up on Friday, March 2nd 2018 to a winter wonderland. You can chart the build-up & the
