If you happen to be strolling around Greystones one of these fine days, keep your eyes peeled, people.

For, here and there, or maybe even behind that bench, or on top of that wall, there are secret messages of love.

Each one has been handpainted, and include words of encouragement, friendship, hope and, if we had our way, the occasional, well-aimed expletive.

Unfortunately, GG wasn’t involved, the stones having been created by a Guide reader who let us know that they were now being scattered around the town.

So, eyes down and, eh, chin up, kids. The key to a happy life is obvious…
