McCrea’s Funeral Homes in Wicklow Town have opened a new purpose-built cremation and All Denominational chapel located on the Dublin Road in Wicklow Town.

Niall McCrea said, “Having listened to bereaved families over the years who had to face the burden and stress of travelling to Dublin at this very sensitive and difficult time in their lives, we decided to try and make their requests happen by opening the new purpose-built cremation chapel.”

The family can now have the service of their loved one in their local area without having to worry about traffic and long distance travel.

Niall said that the new All Denominational chapel “caters for all members of society and their beliefs. This new facility gives people the option to have a service to suit their requirements and make the service for their loved one a special day in their lives”.

The service will be tailor-made to suit the family’s needs and with no additional charges for services.
